PURPOSE
Student Success Coach performs a variety of duties in support of FWCS Students, not limited to, serving as a liaison, attending meetings, organizing and analyzing data, planning and executing engagement and job shadowing experiences for students, participating where needed in professional development and interdisciplinary unit planning.

MINIMUM QUALIFACTIONS
- Valid Indiana teaching license OR be eligible to obtain an alternative teaching credential
- Two (2) years’ experience working with students or families in an educational, social service or related environment.
- Valid Indiana Driver’s license
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Participate and engage in job-embedded professional learning concerning district instructional models throughout the year.
- Help implement and maintain the 3DE Schools of Success initiative and support student experiences in collaboration with Schools of Success Captains, teachers, counselors, and administrators.
- Have up-to-date knowledge of current effective practices in curriculum and instructional design, including implementation of project-based learning and student engagement experiences aligned with the 3DE Schools of Success. Serve as the liaison for businesses, Schools of Success Captains and teachers.
- Attend Administrative team meetings weekly.
- Attend and participate in Schools of Success team meetings once a week.
- Attend and co-facilitate the 3DE Schools of Success team meetings once a week.
- Compile, organize and analyze building-wide Schools of Success data (i.e. self- assessment, certifications)
- Serve as a member of the Advisory Council.
- Provide distributive instructional support for teachers.
- Support Schools and Success Captains in the planning and execution of student engagement experiences.
- Attend Schools of Success specific professional development and suggest academy-related professional development needs where applicable.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director of Security and Community Partnerships, the CTE Director, and the WBL Coordinator to establish job shadowing and internships opportunities for students.
- Collaborate with the WBL Coordinator (ICE Coordinator) to monitor all internship hours.
- Participate in interdisciplinary unit planning.
- Regularly communicate (i.e. written and verbal) with businesses and the community regarding Schools of Success information/updates.
- Lead Student Ambassador program.
