JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support, train, and assist designated school personnel to provide customized, real-time student performance data to inform the development of School Improvement Plans, teacher collaboration, and school data reports.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Responsible for training staff utilizing software programs and other technology to
support teaching and learning.
2. Will work in collaboration with building principals and designated building data
personnel to facilitate data analysis and precise instruction to educate all students to high standards.
3. Research, compile and verify appropriate student performance data and information.
Compute statistical information for various reports. Prepare, process and analyze a variety of forms, applications and documents; duplicate, assemble, distribute, collect and verify accuracy and completeness of various documents.
4. Input and update appropriate data in an assigned computer system; establish and
maintain automated files and records. Create queries and develop spreadsheets and generate various computerized documents and reports. Assure accuracy of input and output data.
5. Proficient in the use of a variety of technology equipment and assigned software including calculator, copier, fax machine and other required equipment to perform duties.
6. Perform related duties as assigned by the Administrator to meet the particular needs to the building/unit.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD:
- New employees must successfully complete their probationary period to be eligible to apply for posted positions.
- Employees must remain in their current position a minimum of sixty (60) calendar days to be eligible to apply for any non-lateral posted position.
- Current non-probationary employees may only apply for lateral positions at the end of each school year.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job the incumbent is seated or walking at will and
has limited physical labor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one year
general clerical experience. College degree preferred. Must have strong office, computer, public relations, and oral and written communication skills. Must possess knowledge of the terminology, practices and procedures of FWCS Schools. Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle.
